12 Gorgeous Coffee Tables to Give your Room a Refresh

Does your living room need a refresh?

Maybe you’re not ready to take on a home reno or the expense of redecorating your space. Statement furniture is the perfect way to breathe new life into your room and add a focal point that doesn’t break the bank.

Here are 12 different coffee tables that might be the perfect addition to give your living room a little revamp. With all different styles and all price tags under $300, you’re sure to fit the perfect fit for your room – or at least a little inspo along the way.

Evie 2 Piece Table Set

The secret to the perfect table is one that is both functional and gorgeous. This two piece option means you can pull it apart to create room for cocktails and apps (or dinner, lol) and then nestle them together to create space.

This table works perfectly for a small space – not only because of the pull apart feature – but also because of the clear glass topper. This allows you to see the floor and when paired with thinner legs, it will help make your space look more open than a solid table or ottoman.

The gold metallic legs are the perfect touch to help contrast cozy textiles or your sleek leather couch and bring a little warmth into the space.

Dover Square Storage Ottoman

Storage ottomans are seriously one of the best coffee table picks since they’re absolutely multi-purpose. Use it as a place to rest your feet, store away clutter like toys, books, or extra blankets, or add a large tray for candles, decor, and wine-holding functionality.

When finding an ottoman perfect for your space, I recommend opting for square if you have a straight or curved couch and round if you have an L-shaped couch or sectional since it adds contrast to your space and keeps things from feeling boxy.

I would also opt to contrast your couch color and texture – for example. if you have a dark leather couch, choose a lighter color or pattern and more coarse texture.

Woodsetter Coffee Table

This style adds instant chic to a room and is the perfect compliment for a light and bright space. The ornate gold legs make a statement while the sleek black top and shelf make things feel elegant while helping table toppers and decor to pop.

The shelf adds extra functionality which allows you to feature items on the bottom while keeping the top more minimal and useable.

It also comes in a white top – but they were out of stock last I checked.

Mint Green Oval Coffee Table

If your current space needs a pop of color, this oval table is your pick. Greens and blues are the perfect pop of color since they’re more gentle on the eye and tend to create a relaxing vibe.

The bottom if this piece is fairly traditional, but the oval top allows it to fit elegantly in a space and create flow since it’s easy to navigate around.

If a colored piece isn’t enough of a statement for your style, you can swap the drawer pulls for some that speak a little louder – think metallic, rustic, or a loud and proud floral.

Alivia Rose Gold Coffee Table

Rose gold is super hot right now, and this table lets you rock that trend to its fullest. This metallic accent is perfect for adding warmth to a more feminine space. The frosted white top is a great match for the legs – which give almost a sculptural feel to the piece.

The circle top allows you to create that flow, while the thinner legs create a statement without blocking the view – perfect for complimenting a statement rug.

Urban Floral Coffee Table

If you feel like your space lacks personality, a patterned table might be in your revamp plan. This piece gives you a pop of floral with an earthy retro palette that isn’t too loud or flowery.

The table top is thin which makes it feel sleeker and taller and the curved legs carry that vibe down to the floor. This is the perfect pick if you’re not one to add decor to your table. You can let the piece speak for itself without being boring.

For a perfect tie-in to your space, add a couple throw pillows in complementary or matching shades, but try to stick to stripes or textures when it comes to pattern choices.

Copper Statement Coffee Table

Perfect for a metallic accent that makes a strong statement, this copper table is a great pick. Clean lines and a sleek top make this piece a perfect contrast to a textile-heavy or cozy space.

     Frederika Coffee Table

A metallic focused piece, this long coffee table is a great add for a light and bright space. The glass topper and reflective metallic are a perfect combo.

If you prefer a square table but don’t like the boxy look, these circular sides can help to solve that design dilemma by adding a sense of movement to the piece.

I do not, however, recommend that you buy the entire matching set that is shown since matchy-matchy furniture feels overly stark and leaves your space in need of a lot more character, variety, and charm.

Celestine Coffee Table

Industrial modern lovers, this one is for you. Hearty wood texture and a metal base are a perfect recipe for a gorgeous rustic piece.

The metallic mesh shelf is a perfect home for some beloved antique books, and the detail along the metal frame at the top gives the table an industrial feel and adds interest.

Modern Clear Coffee Table

If your style is super sleek, opt for this modern coffee table with a simplistic vibe. It’s a perfect addition if you want the focus of your space to be elsewhere and just want something that is functional and under the radar, but not at all boring.

The curved legs even create a space to store magazines if needed.

Mercury Row Coffee Table

If you need storage but don’t want to have to throw everything into the same area, this coffee table works great. A perfect mix of open storage and drawers mean you can hide away clutter while still featuring some of your favorite books.

The ash grey wood is a great compliment to both black and white and also is a perfect standout for spaces that might be a little beige-heavy.

Lesa Coffee Table

This pick is similar to the rose gold piece we saw before, but with full on gold legs and a faux marble top, this piece creates a different kind of chic vibe. It’s on the lower end of our price range which means it’s a great quick update that leaves space in the budget for other additions or revamps.

If you don’t mind the price tag, you can also get a more elevated version of this style HERE. It has a similar vibe with a little more detail on the metal legs.

Great post and thank you for some great ideas I go heret. I’m looking for inspiration to paint my daughter’s bar cart so thanks for the ideas and inspiration.. So many different colours though, it’s hard to choose. But that’s a good complaint right!

These all look fantastic. The right coffee table really sets the mood for the room. I think it is because the table is placed right in the middle. That’s why it is important to have the right one to match your floor and furnishings.
